Full-refund window
A 100% refund (minus payment-gateway charges) if requested within 7 days of your cohort's start date — whether or not you attended. One email to info@agiledesignschool.com is enough.
Days 8–21
50% refund, or a free transfer of your full fee to a future cohort within 12 months — your choice.
After day 21
No cash refund, but one free cohort pause-and-rejoin remains available, and recordings access continues.
If we cancel a cohort
100% refund or free transfer — your choice, no deductions.
Processing
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method; EMI cancellations follow the finance partner's cycle, which we coordinate for you.
