Curriculum

What you will learn, stage by stage

Month 1 · Human-Centred Research Depth

Weekend intensives (Sat–Sun, 4–6 hrs/day) in advanced research: mixed methods, ethnographic technique, sampling honesty and ethics; synthesis that stands up to executives. Deliverable: a field study of a real problem space with defensible insights.

Month 2 · Product Strategy & Problem Framing

Opportunity discovery, market and business context, prioritisation frameworks and the courage to reframe briefs; strategy artifacts that move decisions. Deliverable: a strategic problem definition and opportunity case for your capstone domain.

Month 3 · Service & Systems Thinking

Beyond screens: service blueprints, ecosystem and stakeholder mapping, journey orchestration across channels, unintended-consequence analysis. Deliverable: a service blueprint and systems map that reveal where design actually changes outcomes.

Month 4 · Design Leadership & Facilitation

Running workshops and alignment sessions; critique culture; communicating up; ethical judgement under commercial pressure; team dynamics for future leads. Weekly facilitation practice, recorded and coached. Deliverable: a facilitated strategy workshop you design and run.

Month 5 · Live Strategic Engagement

A real organisational brief tackled end-to-end with partner stakeholders — research through recommendation, under genuine constraints. Deliverable: strategy-grade product design work with measurable framing.

Month 6 · Capstone Jury & Placement

The capstone assembled into an executive-ready narrative and defended before an external jury of design and product leaders; leadership-track interview coaching; placement support into strategy-weighted roles.

Certification & FAQ

A certificate that means something when someone checks it.

You're assessed on real project work and a final portfolio jury — not attendance. Every graduate receives a certificate with a unique, verifiable ID. Assessment rubrics are public.

Who is the PG Programme for?
Graduates and working professionals who want the most comprehensive credential — research, UI, strategy and leadership — rather than a fast job-readiness course.
How is it different from the certificate?
The certificate (4–6 months) targets entry-level readiness; this PG (6 months, weekend intensives) builds senior-track depth, ending in an industry capstone with an external jury.
How is it different from the PG in UX/UI Design?
This programme adds product strategy and leadership breadth; the PG in UX/UI goes deeper on the craft itself. Counselling maps you honestly between the two.
How often do batches start?
New PG cohorts open every 15 days; because terms are structured, counselling confirms which intake fits your schedule.
Can I do it while working?
Yes — evening and weekend scheduling is designed for working professionals, confirmed during admissions counselling.
What is the industry capstone?
A real engagement with a partner organisation across your final term, defended before an external jury of senior design leaders.
Is there a fit interview?
Yes — a short conversation about goals and commitment, protecting cohort quality rather than filtering on pedigree.
Do EMI and scholarships apply at PG level?
Yes — extended EMI tenures are available for PG fees, and Scholarship Test discounts up to 30% apply.

The only way to know if this is right for you is to sit in on a class.

No pressure, no hard sell — a live 45-minute session where you meet a mentor, see how a critique actually works, and ask every question about the curriculum, the batch, and your own starting point.
