Curriculum

What you will learn, stage by stage

Month 1 · Product Strategy & Discovery

How products choose problems: discovery frameworks, opportunity sizing, market and user context; the strategy vocabulary that gets designers into roadmap rooms. Deliverable: a strategic teardown of a real product with a defensible opportunity map.

Month 2 · Metrics, Experimentation & Evidence

The metrics tree — activation, retention, revenue; reading funnels and cohorts without being misled; honest A/B testing: hypotheses, sample sizes, integrity rules. Deliverable: a designed experiment with instrumentation plan tied to a design decision.

Month 3 · Influence, Narrative & Leadership

Presenting design decisions in business language; stakeholder management, disagreement and alignment; leading critique and mentoring; the operating habits of design leaders. Weekly executive-style reviews of your communication. Deliverable: a stakeholder-ready strategy narrative delivered under pressure.

Month 4 · Capstone: Strategy in the Wild

A complete strategic design engagement on a real brief — discovery through recommendation — presented to a panel playing sceptical executives. Interview positioning for senior and lead roles. Deliverable: an executive-grade case study demonstrating strategic range, not just craft.

Certification & FAQ

A certificate that means something when someone checks it.

You're assessed on real project work and a final portfolio jury — not attendance. Every graduate receives a certificate with a unique, verifiable ID. Assessment rubrics are public.

Is this for beginners?
No — admission requires a portfolio review and typically 2+ years of design experience. Beginners should start with the Professional Certificate.
How often do batches start?
Every 15 days, in small seminar-style groups of experienced peers; upcoming dates are listed above.
Will this get me promoted?
It gives you the skills and the story; our career sessions coach you through the promotion case itself — the actual conversation, not just the theory.
How is this different from the PG programmes?
This is a focused 4-month accelerator for working designers targeting senior roles now; the PG programmes are 6-month weekend, jury-capstone credentials with broader depth.
What does the portfolio review for admission check?
Evidence of shipped work and readiness for strategy-level content — it protects the seminar quality for everyone in the room.
Do you cover metrics and experimentation even if my company doesn't run A/B tests?
Yes — you'll learn to define, instrument and read metrics honestly, and to introduce lightweight experimentation where none exists.
Can I attend while working full-time?
The programme is designed for it: two evenings a week plus focused project sprints.

The only way to know if this is right for you is to sit in on a class.

No pressure, no hard sell — a live 45-minute session where you meet a mentor, see how a critique actually works, and ask every question about the curriculum, the batch, and your own starting point.
